We are a small agency but take particular enjoyment working with non-profits. I do offer a discount to non-profits that have no paid staff (purely run by volunteers).

I understand that most often these organisations need to be able to manage the website going forward themselves, so I provide documentation to assist them. Before creating a site, I discuss their needs and also the capabilities of the people who will manage the site and take that into consideration with the build.
